Yesterday, Heidi and I went to go see Away We Go. It starred John Krasinski and Maya Rudolph and was directed by Sam Mendes. It was really a great movie. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry and you feel good afterward. If you can find a place playing it near you (it’s kind of an indie flick), I recommend seeing it. I can’t wait to get the soundtrack.

Afterward, we headed to Charlie’s to see the cutest bartender in the city aka Jeff (Tim’s boyfriend). We hung out and eventually Tim, Mark and Tommy found their way over. I totally heart these boys. It makes me so happy to see them and I always have to wonder why I don’t go hang out more often.

So, I’m chatting with Mark and I’m giving him a hard about never updating his blog (as I like to do, Dawn, Joe and Diana). He then tells me he’s had trouble with my blog, which I then explain has moved. He asks me to send him an email with my new address and I’m like, “How about I just give you my card?” When Mark sees my card he says “Oh my god, you are so cool!” Um? I know. I totally am.

See, a couple of months ago, I ordered some cards for myself from Moo. They are, so awesome. I chose the “mini-cards” and at $20 for 100, the price can’t be beat. The quality is STELLAR and the design is SO me. I chose this design, but they have HUNDREDS of designs to chose from OR you can upload your own stuff. Every time I have given my card to someone, they totally fall in love with these cards. Seriously, they are impressive. And I’m just telling you because I know you all want to be as cool as me.

That totally sounded like they paid me to say that and believe me, I wish they had. I’m just sayin’, everyone should get some. Just don’t get my design, because I would then have to punch you in the head.

There is so much going on lately and I feel kind of out of it. I just feel disconnected from my whole life and totally numb. I don’t like it. I just don’t see how to move past it. At this point, in every situation, there is nothing I can do.

Alright, I pimped and I whined. Now, I’m going to go and watch bad TV.
